James Brooker: The lost Paramount tapes.
Beautiful swinging piano blues. James Brooker has no plans of making your rest.
Your whole body moves with this raw and unpolished blues. Let’s get moving.
This music ain’t for lazy bastards, it’s pure and simple shacking and twisting.

Wendy Bucklew:Asleep in the swing
A good and warm feeling is being created by Bucklew.
She has a good voice that makes the songs worth listening to, in addition
she is a mature songwriter who produces good lyrics. It’s no wonder
she has a high star and prominent position in the Atlanta,Georgia music scene.
A true ”folk” singer deserving attention.

The Clerks' Group:Machaut Motets music from Ivrea.
The Clerks Group give fresh breath and life to Guillaume de Machaut’s motets. Some of the works of the undisputed geniuses of Western music, and the most famous composer of the Middle Ages is being very nicely interpretated on this cd.
Along with a fine selection of Machaut motets, the cd also offers a stimulating range of music from the Ivrea Codex. This is 56:12 minutes of listening to very skilled musicians of the the early music  ”tradition”.

Pete Holly:The Wizard of Garage
A garage sounding Beatles. More raw, not so strong vocally, but
still quit charming. A handy man do it my self kind of guy attitude
makes this record less predictable and that’s a good thing. Keep on
making those records.

Jane Siberry:New York Triology-cd box set
A true entertainer with talent for making good strong songs.
It’s no doubt about who is running the show, she and her guitar
is excellent  ”buddies”. I must admit that I liked the 2 first cd’s
in the box best, the 3 one with Christmas songs got a bit to
nostalgic and ”wet”.
