Ok so I wasnt going to do a review for this but one has been requested by some people who knew I went - so here it is, enjoy ;) Ok so it was finally sort of half sorted out that I and a few others (April, Janet, Sooze, Kath, Amy and Chrissi) were all going to meet up in London and go to see Stephen at the lottery together. After a morning of total confusion at home I finally made it to London - after delayed trains, indecisive parents etc. (Why does going to see stephen always end up being total chaos?! lol)
Anyway so I made it to the BBC but to late to see Stephen arrive as the train was late - doh! I met up with April and Amy and we went back into the shops where we found Janet and Chrissi (who now has her pair of twisted jeans which are just like Stephens hehe - and yes the whole shop did know about it!). So after a bit of shopping and swapping stuff for the right things at shops - and a MacDonalds we all made it out to the BBC again for about 5pm-ish, where we met up with Sooze and Kath. And dont ask me what they were on but the next hour waiting in the que to be let into the studios was very entertaining to say the least haha - I think we all (or at least they did) spent the whole hour laughing hysterically!!
I also saw Karla, Sara, Helen, Hayley, Vicky and Casey in the que so had a quick chat with them too.
Anyway on to the important bit - STEPHEN! So after a ball dropping audience warm up the show finally started (oh and by the way we were all sat front row centre in the studio so perfect to watch the gorgeous Mr Gately)! Dale Winton introduced Stephen and he came on and did a little interview - and looked quite nervous...awww. He was wearing jeans a light bluey green coloured shirt, a longish creamy-yellow jacket/coat and his new jade necklase thingy that Eloy gave him (as you will have seen if you watched the video in the Video Den on this site). He talked a bit about the movie and his single etc and said how the kid in the movie was a bit like him aawww...So then he had to go and we had the pleasure of siting through both S Club 7 and Martine McCutcheon - but there was more Stephen to come yet :))
And after about 5 or 10 mins Stephen was back again yay! He stood on the stage for a bit while the Thunderball was drawn and around him were quite a few people moving all of the drum kit etc onto the stage - and he waved at everyone in the audience etc. Then Dlae introduced him again and he sang I Believe - 100% live!! And it sounded AMAZING!! It was better in the studio than on the tv as well. And we were all really pleased he sang live - and all kind of looked at eachother after the first line with huge grins lol. Anyway so he sang the film version of the song which is slightly different from the CD version. And he was great and looked really pleased and happy afterwards : ). Gave everyone another wave and then went again. So then we sat there watched the last draw and then left the studio - and met back up with Janet and Chrissi (cos Janet had to go out a diffenet way cos of her leg) and found a very happy pair who had an close encouter with Stephen who had briefly poped back into the studio to record a Xmas Lottery message before he left.
Anyway so thats about it and I had to go home and not wait for Stephen to leave - but the others stayed and got a wave and a smile as he left. : ) Can't wait for the next time I see him!
