| JAMES GELFAND: "CHILDREN'S STANDARDS" LC1021 |
![]() |
Inspired by the most popular
children's themes, James Gelfand
utilizes these melodies as his vehicle for improvisation and creativity. These familiar
themes transformed by imaginative arrangements consist of a variety of styles, (latin,
swing, blues, etc...) that children from 7 months to 77 years old will much enjoy.
Surrounded by Michel Donato, Jean-Pierre Zanella and Jim Hillman, James Gelfand presents a refreshing,
original, and accessible album of acoustic jazz music. |
