"Double Plaidinum"
Released: 1997 Label: guess
Songs: Alien, Making friends, Unfurnished, One thing to live, Today, Confession, bad scene, Smile, Twenty-Seven, Choke, Failure, To all my friends.
Another really good Lagwagon release. Same
sound as the previous album but a bit slower and softer. Once again
Lagwagon has delivered a cd full of good songs. I like Alien, Bad
scene, Failure and the last one a bit more than the rest. This cd
is definitely worth the overpriced price that you will probably have to
pay for it at stores like HMV-Phil
"Hoss"
Released: 1995 Label: Fat Wreck Chords
Songs: Kids don't like to share, Violins, Name dropping, Bombs away, Move the car, Sleep, Sick, Rifle, Weak, Black eyes, Bro dependent, Razor Blade, shaving your head, Ride the Snake.
The 3rd and perhaps best Lagwagon cd. This is really a breakthrough album. The last album was good but not that special. This cd is just amazing. It's definitely one of my favorites and I can't see myself getting bored with it. All the songs are really good. Violins, Sick, Razor Blade(everyones favorite) and Ride the Snake do stand out a little more than the other songs. This is definitely an intro album, so you should buy this(or double plaid) before you buy any other Lagwagon cd-Phil
"Trashed"
Released: 1993-4? Label: Fat Wreck Chords
Songs: Island of shame, Lazy, Know it all, Stokin' the neighbors, Give it back, Rust, Goin' south, Dis'chords, Coffee and Cigarettes, Brown eyed girl, Whipping boy, no one, Bye for now.
This is a pretty good cd. Most of the songs are good and there are a couple songs that stand out a lot. Like Rust, Brown Eyed Girl, No one and the last one. Brown eyed girl is written by Van Morisson (famous song) Once you hear it, it will ring a bell. There is a hidden song, which features the band doing some rap. The sound on this cd is a little rougher than the newer Lagwagon. It is pretty old after all. The songs don't flow as smooth as the new stuff. Its still an amazing cd though. If you like the newer Lagwagon cds, buy this one. There isn't much difference and its just as good-Phil
