Originally formed in the mid sixties as the "Iveys" Badfinger shot to prominence in the late sixties after signing to the Beatles "Apple" label. Initially the band experienced huge success both in England and in the United States Of America with a string of memorable hit singles including "Come And Get it", "Day After Day,No Matter What, and Baby Blue. </I></div> <div> <I>However the band saw little financial reward for all its success, instead the band experienced continuous management problems and legal proceedings which had no small impact on its career.
