The IV International Theatre Festival held in Ankara (November 18th - 28th  1999), and organized by VACIF Foundation, was the opportunity to assist to the performances of numerous theatre groups from Turkey, France, Holland and Azerbaijan. 

During the final evening, the organizers awarded all the participants with special diplomas. The public had the opportunity to listen to the turkish folk music performed by group Anatolia (click here) and to the music of the Andes performed by ensemble Pachamama (click here).
