CARLOS SANTANA was born July 20, 1947, in Autlan, Mexico
one of seven children in a family of professional musicians spanning
three generations. Carlos' career in music has spanned over 30 years.
Over that time he has taken his fans on a spirit-filled journey into his
heart. He has never swayed from his vision. Carlos has transformed
an instrument made of wood, metal and wire into a single voice praying,
laughing, crying, and screaming with indescribable emotion. Through
all these years , line-up changes and changing trends in popular music
