NOTE FROM MIKE DiSANTO:
Just a quick note to let
you all know what's happening. It's been a while since I've
written. I did have the time to sit down for an interview with
Jeff Miers at Rockstar magazine. Check that out right here.I'm so caught up in my own paltry little life, that I
haven't had the time. Here's the lowdown...
We've been busy
rehearsing a new bass player, and are ready to hit full force
again Friday September 10th. We also have someone new at
the drum throne. Don't be alarmed... ( bag.) hasn't changed
it's sound. We've just moved some personell around so we can
keep up with all of the offers that we're getting to play in
and out of town. More about that later.

In bag.news...
We're working with David
"The Waz"
Wasik ondrums. He's an amazing player, and a show in
and of himself. Comecheck him out... and don't forget to pick
your chin up off of the floorbefore you leave.
Filling in for us on bass
is Tom Zielinski. We heard him play and knew
immediately that he was the man for the job.Tom is a jazz monster
and plays fretted, Fretless, and upright basses. He fits the part
perfectly.
John Olivier will still be playing a few shows with us
here and there when David Wasik is unavailable. John is busy
recording and playing with his other project Dangerous
Hours.
Our origional bassist, Seth
Horan is now playing with the rock power trio JunKulture.
We'd like to thank him for all of his time and effort in
helping to make ( bag.) what it is. We'll
miss him a great deal, and we wish him the best of luck.
E-Mail him at Sethsbase@aol.com for details about JunKulture.
So come on out and join the
party. There's always room for one more. (...that is if you
don't mind rubbing up against complete strangers... We suggest
that you bring a group of your own "peeps" to rub up
against.)
Are you away at school?
Do you miss the funk? Well, we'd love tocome play your fine
learning establishment... or at least your neck of the woods.
Go down to your student activities council, and demand (
bag.) for your school function. Don't be afraid to
ask a local bar owner either. We'll give you and your friends
a bunch of free tickets to the show and our bar tab if we get
one.
