Alex Zivojinovic (Lifeson) was born on August 27 1953 in Canada. Alex is married to his wife Charlene and has 2 children: Justin and Adrian. He began to play the guitar at age 11 and formed Rush when he was 15. Alex's awards consist of being the "Best Rock Talent" from Guitar For The Practicing Musician and also belonging to the same's Hall of Fame. Alex has been with Rush to receive their 8 Juno awards and their 2 Grammy nominations. He also received his own Juno nomination for his solo album Victor. He received the Order of Canada in 1997 along with Rush. Alex also owns a small invention company The Omega Concern and his own restaurant The Orbit Room.
