(bik'lee) noun, pl. The Bickley Boys, [MiddleEnglish - good, clean fun]
1. a punk rock band from Houston Texas. Silly, fun, sing-along pogo
punk that makes you drive too fast. Often seen playing Fizgerald's
and bitching about the Abyss. Anyway this band has been playing in
Houston for a while and I was shocked that these guys are as good as they
are. If you like punk music to be fun and entertaining these guys are
definately for you.They closed the Good Guy Records Compilation Release Party downstairs
and I think that is the most crowded it has ever been. Be sure to check them out at This

This is but another band
that has moved on since the creation of this page. Fare the well,
Speedbump....The singer Mack could have been seen playing with
Animosity and of course Denny the Drummer is everywhere, and LJ can
always be seen hanging with O'Doyle Rules. Speed Bump, a side project of
King Size from Katy and The Gops from Houston they played a thrash/punk style
that many thought was 'entertaining as hell'. Maybe the guys will come back
some day, but that's too far off in the future. Please give your condolenses
to the guys whenever you see them. These
guys used to rock most mightily to the utmost degree here! |
