So this was my first time to see a concert of Psyence
a GoGo Tour! Again I had taken two weeks holidays and had flown from Germany
to Japan just to see hide chan! (laugh)...
All the tickets a very dear friend of mine from Nagasaki
had ordered for me... unfortunately she could not join me because she was
having exams... she had only been to the Fukuoka dates of Psyence a GoGo
and had ordered all the other tickets for me on her fan club account! She
did a very great job for me!!! Thanxxxxxxx!!! I had never been to Niigata
before and had quite some trouble finding my way to the concert hall but
in the end I made it of course! (laugh)...
The hall is about the same size like the one in Kitakyushu
and of course no screen and since I had damn good seats for all of the
Psyence a GoGo concerts it was great to be so close to the stage! Of course
everyone knew already what was going on during that tour except me! (laugh)...
but after my first day in Niigata I became one of the "knowing" fans and
knew that for example hide chan was hidden among the guys in anti-atomic
suits! (laugh) But at the first day I didn't know that of course and was
surprised when hide chan turned out to be one of these atomic guys! (laugh)...
Again due to the small size of the hall the noise of the fans was overwhelming!
Well in Tokyo Dome it is noisy too but somehow not so vehement like in
the smaller halls! (laugh)... As for the menu I guess most of you have
seen it in the "Ugly Pink Machine" video, so I will only point out the
specials...
Niigata has a reputation of having the best ricewine
of the country and since we all know that hide chan loves alcohol this
became quite an issue in the talks and pauses between the performances!
(laugh)...
In Niigata I also saw hide chan's internet address
the first time and wrote it down... although I was not yet a member of
the cyber world, since I did not have an internet connected computer yet...
and especially not a computer that could read Japanese! But anyway it was
the first time I got to know that hide chan loves internet! (laugh)...
The internet address was displayed on a screen before the concert started...
Of course I also love the atmosphere of big big Tokyo Dome, but somehow
the concerts in these smaller halls are much more touching... you are closer
to the stage, you really see what's going on, it's like a family meeting!
(laugh)... and of course I was the only strange foreigner around...
at least I never met any other foreigner at hide chan's solo concerts!
(laugh)...
It was great to see hide chan again after 10 months
abstinence and I had a damn good time, especially because I had another
4 concerts of the tour before me!
Since the next day in Niigata was very impressive
for me my memories of the 8th of Oct. are a little blurred! (laugh)...
so I'll better turn to the 9th... what a happy day!
