Paul McCartney was the most musically talented member of The Beatles, playing lead guitar, drums, bass guitar, and piano during his time with the fab four. He also had a varied voice, able to sing rock and roll like Long Tall Sally and Helter Skelter or soft ballads such as Yesterday and And I Love Her. He even has dabbled in composing classical music lately. Known as the "sensible" Beatle, especially during the later years he was the glue that kept the band together. He was a great songwriter and lyricist producing many hits during and after the Beatles time together. Paul was the center of a scandal during the later Beatles years surrounding his apparant death. Many clues were dug up from albums and songs bu fans, Paul supposedly being replaced by a Canadian RCMP officer lookalike. In fact, the photos in the White album are rumoured to be the lookalike Candian. Paul's latest album, Flaming Pie, is one of his best post-beatle works including The World Tonight, a rocking hit. Paul's son also appears on the album. Paul will always be remembered as the heart and soul of The Beatles.
