The commander in chief will be responsible for the Grand Strategy of the armies he commands.Each Commander in chief may form his corps into two or three armies and appoint an army commander for each army.He will also be responsible for assigning corps commander to each army.Army commanders will issue orders to his to corps commanders.The commander in chief will also be responsible for assigning the starting positions of his corps.Yes No

Yes No  Note without game moderators it will be very difficult to get campaign games going.
