Kasumi Tendo is not one of my favorite girl characters
on Ranma 1/2, but she does have a very gentle personality.

Kasumi is probably the stereotypical housewife figure.
After the death of Soun Tendo's wife, her mother, Kasumi takes the job
of caring for the family. Kasumi is the only cook in the tendo house who
can provide edible food. Dr. Tofu from the clinic becomes crazy over her,
but Kasumi doesn't seem to like anyone though. Kasumi is a very gentle
person who cares about everyone. She was probably incorporated in the Ranma
1/2 story because she acts as a contrast to the other characters.
