The rank of Blade Master Elite is awarded to any Clan member who has distinguished themselves in combat and has scored 200 plus confirmed kills.
The Blade Master Elite sits on the War Council and helps decide the Clans ongoing strategies and policies. He (or she) demands the utmost respect of his fellow Clan Members, and can recommend any Clan member to the Aemon for either promotion or citations for courage and achievements on the field of battle. Although it is the Aemon who has the final say in matters of awarding citations or promotions, the Blade Master Elite is not often ruled against.
The duties of the Blade Master Elite include voting on issues proposed to the War Council as well as leading men in combat. The Blade Master Elite has the authority to plan, and execute any battle plans that he desires without prior authority of the Aemon. The Aemon is only required to be notified if the battle plan or action to be executed involves anything that would affect the standing of the Clan with its allies, or nuetral Clans. If the action or battle plan is executed against a declared enemy of the Sons of Aemon, the Blade Master Elite has full authority on the issue.
The final duty of the Blade Master Elite is to raise any issues bought to him (or her) by any Clan member, regardless of rank. It is the Blade Master Elites duty to forward any dispute, disagreement, or general comments of Clan members to the Aemon for consideration or ruling.
