White.
Some people have difficulty painting white as it has no highlight. However, if you look at anything that is white in real life, it is only the raised areas that appear bright white. To achieve this effect, paint the area with either Fortress Grey or Ghostly Grey. Now mix this with Skull White about 50:50, and highlight the area. If you use very watery paint you can use many different coats of the same shade to achieve progressive highlighting. Finally highlight the area with pure Skull White. This is really simple and very effective, the more coats of white you give on the highlights the whiter it will look.
