The previous Faces section, details how faces are painted easily. That is the best way to paint faces for rank and file troops, but a more realistic method is below. This does take more time but when done properly gives good results.
Faces.
To paint a face this method, first of all paint the entire face with Dark Flesh. Now paint as many shades as you can (about seven or eight) up to Dwarf Flesh. The more shades you use the smoother the blending will be. Finally highlight up to Elf flesh using as many shades possible (about seven or eight). This is the technique used by some 'Eavy Metal painters.
