The French and Indian Wars

The French in this picture are assaulting a British held fort, while Three relief columns try to fight their way to the fort one from the right of the picture through woods, Indians and some Courer de bois, from the Left a naval landing force awaits the American Irregulars who are marching on the French rear. In this picture the French have managed to open a wide breach in the wall which a unit of French Grenadiers is in the act of escalding.
