Operation "Goodwood" 18-21 July 1944
One of the key objectives of British forces on D-Day was the capture of the strategically vital city of Caen, which was to act as a springboard for the Allied breakout in the West. Operation "Goodwood" was the final operation in a total of three major offensives to take Caen. This wargame focuses on one area of the battlefield on the second day of Operation "Goodwood", when on 19th July 32nd Guards Brigade, the infantry brigade (Grenadier Guards) of Guards Division and elements of 5th Armoured Brigade (Guards Division) attempt to take the villages of Frénouville and Le Poirier. Opposing this attack was the hasty arrival of elements of the 12th-SS Panzer Division "Hitlerjugend". The game is at platoon-level on 1:1 scale using 1:48 scale miniatures, and the "Disposable Heroes" rules system for 4 players.

Hosted by Ian Tetlow.

A Small Town in Germany II: Cumberland vs. Saxe

A Hot Time on the Tabasco River
Edmund McIlhenny's sauce has nothing to do with the river in Mexico, he just liked the name. Likewise, our game has little to do with the actual expedition up the Tabasco River, we just had to use the name!  It's combined operations 1846 style as the US Navy, Army and Marine Corps invade Mexico to try and reach the "Halls of Montezuma". Will they make it? Will the valiant Mexican defenders throw them back into the sea? This game was played in 25mm using the popular "Eagles, Stars and Snakes" rules. Just like the sauce, it'll get ya fired up!

Mark Degner and Chris Mallet hosted.

Some other other games
