When I was a young girl , one of my best friends In Oregon was a Real Indian princess of her tribe. I had the best of times with her . One time beside a campfire her uncles told stories , of legendary creatures Jackalopes and Big foot among some other creatures and I can tell you , my big eyes were as wide as they could be, and were glued onto them . My mind roared with visions of their stories , imbedding every word they spoke.
When I moved to the flatland great plains of Colorado, the locals there had their own stories of Jackalopes, they say the Jackalope Yodel mimicking cowboys singing, and they have been said to play tricks on people and even fall over in what sounds like they are laughing ,after playing pranks on humankind. There are other stories that say the woodland Jackalopes are friends of the fairies ,unicorns leprechauns and those of the magical Realm and that they too have a special magic of their own
