    Protoss Mission Strategies

Mission 4 - The Hunt for Tassadar
The Judicator have discovered the whereabouts of the rogue Templar Tassadar, it is your mission to find him and return him to the beacon. Move your troops from the beacon and up the only path available. At the top of this path there is a Sunken Colony and several Zerglings, concentrate your attacks on the Sunken Colony and then deal with the Zergling threat. From this point move right and rest your troops until their shields are recharged. Once they are recharged move your force further to the right and attack the Sunken colony there, Zerglings will appear but treat these as a secondary threat. Once you have destroyed the Zerg rest your troops once more until they are fully recharged. Follow the path up and then move your troops down the ramp at the edge of the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp there are burrowed Zerg, your troops will be able to deal with these but you will lose about half of your remaining troops. Continue along up the map until you encounter a Mutalisk, run your Zealots and Templar past it and set your remaining Dragoons to attack it. Run your remaining troops ahead, don't stop for anything once you are at the far end of the pathway you will find a ramp, run up it and you will find the Protoss base.

Once the base is under your command build five more Probes, set three of them to mining the gas and the rest to mining minerals, now warp in five more Zealots. Begin to upgrade at the Forge and warp in a Cybernetics Core, you will need more Probes so warp in another five and set two of these mining vespene gas and three mining minerals. Warp in five more Dragoons and upgrade their range at the Cybernetics Core, now warp in a Citadel of Adun and a Templar Archive. Build your force up to 12 Zealots and 12 Dragoons, place six Photon Cannons at the bottom of your base to defend from the attacks of the Zerg Queens and then warp in eight Templar.

Now you are going to need air support so warp in a Stargate and then warp in four Scouts. Transform your Templar into Archons and clear as much of the path to the beacon with them as you can. Once they have been destroyed build more and then prepare to make the journey to the beacon.

Move your Zealots ahead of your Dragoons with the Scouts as air support, keep your troops tight together and move back along the path you originally took to get to Tassadar. Keep Tassadar and Jim Raynor together with the Archons and move them slightly behind the rest of your force. With any resources remaining build Dragoons at your base and leave them there as back up and base defence. When you have fought your way past the Zerg send Jimmy and Tassadar to the beacon and the mission is over.
