Formed between July and August 1987, Anarchus was founded by Adolfo: drums, Miguel (Mike Guerrero): guitar and Pancho: bass and screams. The band was born with the energy of thrash/grind/death and with lyrical contents dealing with their sociopolitical ideology and religious interests.
Soon after forming, their demo Total Hate was recorded in November 1988, which even the lack of time and technical resources obtained a great response from the community.
In 1990, and after playing many shows in Mexico Anarchus recorded their first e.p. Final Fall of the Gods at Rigid Records in Tampa, Florida meanwhile, a new guitarist joined the band: Julio Alvarez. The response for this demo was excellent and May 1990 brought the opportunity for the band to play in a concert in Tampa, Florida via Rigid Records.
Anarchus continued playing constantly and sharing brutality with other bands such as: Sepultura, Fear Factory, Dark Angel, Nocturnus, Mortician, Napalm Death, Exodus, SODOM, Malignancy, Master, Phobia and others.
During this time, the band had many line-up changes due to musical differences some of the members thought it was time for a change then Adolfo, Mike and Julio left the band. Other elements were added and even though they didnt stay either the band was fed with their grind-energy: Jaime el Abuelo and Octavio Gilligan (drums) the guitarist Miguel Angel Cortez., as well as Jeff and Ciro (bass) respectively.
Nowadays the band has a new line-up.
Today, the band is focused in developing new songs keeping always their ideology of offering the intense of real Grind Core to the fans. Also, the Anarchus guys are about preparing themselves in order to release their first l.p. (finally!) and to be embarked on a tour in Mexico,U.S. to share the fucking brutality and new great lyrics with Phobia, Evil Incarnate and other bands from the Grind Core scene. More over, Anarchus will travel to Central America for some shows there, next to the well-know Lvzbel.
