Combatfs.com have had a big change around with CFS2 shipping in the near future. Can't say I like the changes.17-08-2000
For those of you unaware of how Combatfs started. Originally WreckRman2 set up the website with Canelo Kid, Trog100 became a webmaster later. WreckRman2 then decided to take an extended holiday and left everything up to Canelo. Canelo with the help of Trog and others then built it into what it is today. From what I can see WreckRman is now back and has taken over the running of the website and intends making money from it.
Sadly, most of the regulars who have helped with the running of the site have now left and set up CFSIP Games, which will soon be a part of CFS2.com.
I guess it just goes to show that change sometimes isn't for the better.
The zone will be running a CFS Tournament on the 24th of this month. Below are a list of prizes you you can win. Looks like Bill Gates is really spending it up to provide prizes . LMAO

As some of you will be aware Combat Flight Simulator 2: Pacific Theater will be released on October 20, 2000. So you've still got a couple of months to upgrade your computer.10-08-2000
Regardless of what a lot of people say, myself included, I'm sure it will be as bigger a hit as the original.
But it's ok for the RNZAF to fly 30 year old A4 Skyhawks lmao.

Tucker Hatfield of the Microsoft CFS Development Team is allowing Combatfs.com to ask 10 pertinent questions regarding CFS2.06-08-2000
As many are aware there are virtually no changes to the multiplay side of CFS2, the game is aimed at offline players. While we will get the pacific theatre and new aircraft, nothing has been changed for online play.
Which begs the question "Why let anyone ask any questions in the first place?"
The only changes for online addicts is that we will have new scenery and aircraft, and hopefully all the aces who have drifted away from this game will be back.
It's very hard to be positive about any of it simply because Microsoft sees online players as being the minority, rather than the hardcore fans who have kept this game going for nearly 2 years.
A matter of interest, Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator is now selling for $98.00 here in Australia.
Yep, I know, I've been slacking. You know the old saying, "No rest for the wicked" That's me lol.
Logged onto the zone earlier and am still finding it hard to believe all the new names. I'll bet that when CFS2 is released all the CFS veterans will be back to prove they've still got what it takes. Problem is, the States get CFS2 about 2 months before this side of the world, so I'll be at a disadvantage from the outset. Hopefully I won't get my ass kicked too bad.
