Tribesplayers The official Tribes site, containing news, forums, downloads, and a few help files. If you aren't familiar with this site, shame on you ;). While it isn't as large as Planet Tribes, it does contain current news, often straight from the dev team, recruiting briefs, and the forums.
Planet Tribes AKA Planet Starsiege, this is a vast storehouse of news, screenshots, maps, links, and strategy guides. If you're into scripts and mods, this place has numerous scripts to download and help documents for both scripting and modding. Probably the most useful site on this list.
IGN's Tribes 2 News A good collection of previews, screenshots, interviews, and some limited news.
Tribes Universe Large site containing maps, mods, soundpacks, forums, tutorials, and clan hosting. Very nice news section. Worth taking a look at.
Dopplegangers/Tribes News, downloads, mods, scripting, you name it ;) Nicely laid out site with wealth of information, numerous downloads and links. Deserves a bookmark :)
Datumplane::Starsiege Useful site, has a wealth of information about Tribes 1, has 3 shots of Tribes 2 and a FAQ. Covers the entire Starsiege Universe. While it was dormant for a while, Datumplane is back in business, with updated news.
Tribal War Contains demos, news, a forum, tactics, OGL results, and a links section.
Tribal Outpost Brand new site, containing news and editing information: tutorials, articles, and technical spec's for Tribes 1. Has great potential, so keep your eye on it.
Tribes Vault Fairly new site, contains news, tactical map analysis' (Tribes Vault Academy), starsiege history, and a copy of the Tribes Roleplaying Rules. The map analysis' are the highlights of the site, very in depth with myriad screenshots. Note that many other sections of the site are in development, so not all links may work.
Dragon Talon Mercs An inter-tribal guild of people dedicated to honor and teamplay in Tribes. These players will have DTM after their name when playing. While dedicated to the DTM guild, this site is worth glancing through. Look over the Code of Honor for general guidelines for good teamplay, and check out their newbloods section for strategys and demos for new players.
Team Oriented Players Description pending (just haven't gotten around to it yet)
Team Players' Guild Australian teamplayer guild, somewhat similar to the DTM. Very highly recommended that you check out at least one of the two guilds. Their respective organizations are somewhat different, so you might want to look at both.
Advanced Terran Militia An Imperial unit designated to secure New Terra and place the tribes under Imperial rule. The oldest Tribes 1 clan, the ATM has shifted its aim to also be the 1st (and best) tribe in Tribes 2 :) Ok, ok... shameless plug.. I'm an ATM, too ;)
Mad Dog Studios An interesting site covering a variety of games. It has a very nice collection of screenshots for Tribes 2, armor pics, several links, and a good overview of the game. Besides Tribes 2, it also covers Starsiege, UT, Halo, and several others, and has several utilities for overclocking/tweaking TNT and V3 cards.
Tribes2Players A very nice site dedicated to Tribes 2, formerly Tribes2.dk. Contains news, features, interviews, forums, and descriptions. Very informative and well laid out, especially the new and forum sections.
Tribes HQ Site dedicated to Tribes 1 and 2. Very nice graphics, with screenshots, news, files, and forums. Nicely laid out.
Sarge's Script Central Very useful site from down under, containing links to many scripts, every imaginable HUD, and just about every server-side Mod. This database contains much of the scripts in the sites below.
Cowboy's Scripts Scripts, HUD's, reticles. Contains CmdHUD, CowboyHUD, DemoHUD++, FlagCapsHUD, HUDtris, mHUD, SwimsuitHUD (don't ask ;) ).
Crunchy's Scripts News, scripts, huds: DropHUD, Flag Response, TeamSize HUD, Target Flag HUD, and many more.
Presto Pack Completely dedicated to the PrestoPack (which contains a large collection of HUDs and scripts). Contains scripting news, and features/downloads of the PrestoPack. If you've never heard of this pack at least, you need to get out a little more ;)
Writer's Scripts News, Scripts, Tips, Resources for programming scripts, Reviews, Purity mod, the truth about Autoaim.cs ;), crosshairs, and the Writer skins.

Insomniax.Net Site useful for mod-crafters and server hosts, and/or people interested in the Insomniax mod. Contains links and/or downloads for mods, editing tools, server-side maps, and several skin collections. Not just limited to Tribes, Insomniax also has general gaming news and links to numerous general gaming sites and companies.
Renegades! Site containing news, scripts, strategies for the renegades mod, server odds and ends, the Renegades CTF ladder, downloads, and mods.
Havoc Completely dedicated to the Havoc mod, you can find descriptions, a user guide, pictures, and download the Havoc mod.
Mechwarrior / hvmods Homepage of the House Vagoroth, includes descriptions, screenshots, and downloads for their Mechwarrior Mod, hvBase, and hvTactical mods.
Tribes Top 100 Listing of sites registered to the top 100 site, keeps track of hits per day, week, and total. Very nice for browsing Tribes sites.
OGL "Welcome to the Online Gaming League, a premier web site dedicated to providing game ladders for some of the most popular PC games ever published." The official OGL site, may require you to register to enter.
Clan MaX T.A.W.A. A tribe site containing good overviews and strategies for each type of armor, weapon, and vehicle. Very nicely thought out.
Tribes Vault Academy Actually a subset of the Tribes Vault site. Contains very in-depth strategies and analysis' of several Tribes 1 maps. What they lack in quantity (of maps) they make up in quantity.
Tribes-Snipers Contains an extensive list of tips, an improved sniper crosshair (Writer's), and demos that will aid snipers in their goal (to kill the enemy). It's worth checking out, you may just learn something. Of course it doesn't mention it, but you can apply most of that knowlege to countering snipers too ;)

TribesArt Site containing personal artwork about Tribes, a forum, and general links. Some of the artwork is professional quality, and TA welcomes any additions you might have. Also, if you need custom-made art/logos/banners, or would like to offer your services, the forums are a good place to start.
Note: There are direct links to previews and interviews in the Tribes 2 section. Generally, the sites I've listed here are dedicated to Tribes (or Tribes holds a major portion of the site).
