You will need to purchase the following items at Games Workshop....

The Chaos Warrior Chariot

Now there are two things you can do. You can buy just the Armored cold one or the whole Dark Elf General Mounted On Armored Cold One
I'll give you both sets price codes

(It's alot cheaper if you just by the Armored cold ones)

You could buy a Dark Elf Champion and use him for the Witch King, or you can look through other games, like Chronopia, Ral Partha, and so on, and find a guy that looks like the Witch king (which I did).
now you can also buy spears and axes or whatever. im not gonna give the price codes for those because there's so many.
