A new report issued by Ken Starr shows numerous incidents where Santa has been seen with Monica Lewinsky. The report states that Santa and Monica had sexual relations for the past five years. Santa, of course, denies all accusations. "I did not have sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky," said Santa Claus in a press conference. "I don't know where you people get these ideas." Dr.X believes that Santa used Monica to stir up things in Washington. "It is clear that Santa had a hand in creating the mess in Washington," explains the noble doctor. "There is no trick too low that that sleazebag won't try."
Santa Claus Asked about the possible contribution to political calamity, Santa replied "You've gotta be kidding me." When questions came up referring to cigars, Santa abruptly broke off the press conference.
