I have learned to appreciate money for what it is worth at the time. However, "fifty thousands meticais today are not fifty thousand meticais tomorrow. Do you know why!? Think about the time value of money...." I have lost money because I kept this fifty thousand metical bill in my pocket instead of investing by putting in a savings account. Five years ago having 50,000 meticais in your pocket meant something, today it really doesn’t mean a thing. However, despite all money fluctuations Mozambique has had in the past, the economy is booming and more and more foreign investors are taking the risk to invest their money in Mozambique. All of this is to tell you that if you are not looking to invest big, just make easy money by just earning interest. Put your money in a savings account or invest buying stock. I failed to do that so I am still carrying a rotten pocket, even though it might seem like I have lots by just looking at the 50,000 below. BE SMARTER.....
