1. The Egyptian alphabet is made up of only the hieroglyphs having one sound value assigned to them.
2. Note that the letters in this question do not make any Egyptian words, they were just put together for illustration purposes.
3. When writing translits, do not forget to use the proper symbols under the letters, for example, don't forget the . under the h in the answer for D.

4. When studying hieroglyphs, pay special attention to each sign's characteristics. For example, the letter F (answer to letter D above), the horned viper, the most important characteristic would be the horns.
