Waiver of Responsibility
I, the undersigned acknowledge the inherent risks and dangers associated
with canoeing and kayaking. I understand those risks include personal injury,
property damage or loss and possibly death. I therefore waive any and all
claims against the Edmonton Whitewater Paddlers, its officers and members
both severally and individually, and The City of Edmonton for damage to
or loss of equipment and/or injury or loss of life incurred through my
participation in this sport. I have read and understood this waiver and
assumption of risk agreement and participate in this activity voluntarily
at my own risk.
