"Where're we going?"
"You'll see."
"I can't see anything with this stupid blindfold on." Complained Rowan.
"Of course. It would ruin the surprise, if you could see." Said Ryo.
Rowan sighed, "Well this place is definitely not a place in a town, the air's to fresh and it's too quiet."
Ryo smiled and planted a light kiss on Rowan's lips. "You'll like where we're going, trust me - watch your step Ro there's a-"
Rowan tripped over a fallen tree, and pulled Ryo down with him into the mud, "A fallen tree in your way. Maybe it would be better if you were to hold on to my waist instead of my hand."
"That way if I trip I'll land on top of you instead of the mud." Said Rowan with a smirk on his face.
"I wouldn't mind that." Said Ryo, helping Rowan up he planted another, deeper, kiss on his lips. From comrades-at-arms to friends, and finally lovers, Ryo and Rowan had stayed together even after the others had left and started living their own separate lives.

"Have you ever wondered what the other's are up to?" Asked Rowan.
"Yeah it's been about three years since I last talked to any of them." replied Ryo, "You?"
"Sage called the other day." Said Rowan, "It was while you were at the store."
"What did he say?" Asked Ryo.
"He called to see how we're doing, and if I knew the where-abouts of Cye and Kento." Answered Rowan, "He says he's real glad he went on that soul search three years ago."

"We're almost there," Said Ryo, "Watch your head the ceiling is kinda low."
"Now we're in a cave." noted Rowan, stooped over Ryo's back, "I think I could get used to this." Rowan wrapped his arms around, Ryo's waist.
"Stooping over me, or smearing my face on the ground?" Grunted Ryo, "You mind easing up a little bit?"
"Sorry." Mumbled Rowan.
"There'll be more than enough time for the fun stuff once we get to the surprise." said Ryo.

"You can get off my back now, and take off that stupid blindfold." Said Ryo, excitedly.
"Is there enough room for me to stand?" Asked Rowan, glumly.
"This cavern is twice the size of the living room back at the manor." replied Ryo.
"Drats." Said Rowan standing up he pulled the blindfold off and looked around- then gasped in amazement, " It-it's beautiful."
The cavern's wall were made of pure, rainbow colored crystal, that shown with a soft light of their own, in one corner of the spacious room was a small pile of blankets.
Ryo gestured towards this pile
with a pleasant smile on his face, "Shall we?"
