Sentence teaser or description of your story: Nasuti’s cousin pays a visit, but gets more than she bargained for…

Story:

Chieko Yagiyu stood in the airport, wondering if she had scribbled down the right address on a piece of paper. She hoped that her cousin had told her the right one; she had never been to Japan before. Everyone asked her about her name, where it originated, bladdy bladdy blah, and she had left them puzzled. She quickly claimed her baggage, and hailed a cab and hoped that she was headed in the right direction. She recognized the house as her grandfather’s, for he was very wealthy. The look brought back the memories of seeing the pictures Nasuti sent her every now and then…

She marched up to the front door, very nervous because she had not seen Nasuti in quite a while; she was in fact, three years younger than Nasuti, but they got along great, regardless of the age dif. The scenery around the house was beautiful; the back of the house faced the east; perfect for a sunrise. She thought to herself that she would enjoy watching the sunset if Nasuti still had that balcony back there…

Chieko rang the doorbell, still praying this was the right house. The person who answered the door almost changed her mind. "Unless it’s Halloween, I don’t think you’re Nasuti," she mumbled. The man who answered was about 5’5" in height; raven black hair, and "tiger" blue eyes. She thought he was cute, but he looked a little too cute, he almost looked stuck up.

"Oh, she lives here. Why, who are you?"

"Great, she lives here, would you mind calling her down?" she asked, trying to be polite.

"You mind telling me who you are first?"

"No, I don’t mind, but the question is will I. Are you gonna call her down or not?"

The boy turned around and shouted "Nasuti" into the house. A few moments later a woman appeared with long brown hair, looking in her mid-twenties.

"Chieko-chan?!"

"NASUTI! Istashiburinai! Daijobu?"

"Mm. Daijobu. What about you? How are you?"

"Fine.." Chieko replied with a rather large smile on.

"Well don’t just stand there; come in!" Nasuti led the young girl into the living room, asking the boy to grab the large duffle bag still sitting outside. The two females sat on the couch of the living room and began to chit chatter about their lives since they had last seen each other.

"Ryo, doyu koto?" A man with blonde hair asked as he walked in the room. The girls continued to talk.

"I myself don’t know Seiji. This girl just appears at the front door and all of a sudden it’s catch up time for her and Nasuti." Soon, three remaining boys filed into the room, each with puzzled looks on their faces as the girls’ backs faced them.

"A-hem!" a rather mad Ryo croaked out. "Nasuti, I don’t mean to be rude and all but, who is this?"

"This is my cousin Chieko! I haven’t seen her in five years! Oh, I’m sorry I forgot to introduce you." Nasuti dragged the girl up from the couch and over to the 5 boys that stood in the back of the room. She pointed to each one of them as they were introduced. "Chieko meet Date Seiji, Rei Fuan Shuu, Mouri Shin, Hashiba Touma, and Sanada Ryo."

"Hajimemashte," she said, with a slight smile on her face. Ryo still wasn’t sure about this girl, but she made his heart beat just a little faster sometimes.. Shin on the other hand knew he was in love already, and this girl had to be the ultimate sign of beauty. Her deep, dark brown eyes told him she had a deep soul, and it would take a while to get to know her. The brown hair that flew down her shoulders shined in the light. Her lightly tanned skin gave her the complexion of an angel.

"Guys, this is Chieko, my cousin. She’s three years younger than I am so be nice to her."

"I don’t mean to be rude but what exactly are you doing here?" Ryo repeated.

"Just visiting, and catching up," she replied coolly. "Oh yeah, you can just call me Chie, that fits me." She turned to Nasuti. "Well, gotta go unpack!"

"Oh yeah, I’ll show you to your room!" With that the two girls scurried up the stairs.

"So what do you guys think of her?"

"I dunno Seiji, we just met her. I can’t just judge her right now."

"Typical of you Touma, always not judging people and giving her a chance."

"Well what about you Seiji, huh what do you think of her?"

"Well Shuu, I happen to think she’s very nice and I think we’ll all get along great together." Shuu gave an exasperated sigh and headed for the kitchen, hoping for a drink.

"Shin, you’ve been quiet. Anything wrong?" Ryo asked, a little concerned. Shin was never really this quiet.

"Nandemo idesu yo. I’m fine, just fine," he replied a little too quickly, and ran upstairs. Ryo knew something was up then.

"It’s gonna take a while for us to catch up, huh?"

"It sure is, but with the guys here I’m sure you’ll be all right and it’ll go faster. What do you think of them so far?"

"They seem nice, I mean, from what I know of them. It’ll take a while to get to know all of them though." Chieko replied. (I’ll just start callin her Chie from now on)

"No offense or anything, but you wouldn’t mind getting up early on the weekdays would you?"

"No I don’t mind, why?"

"Oh it’s just that feeding them is like feeding an army, and you know what they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so, I end up cooking a lot."

"I’m not surprised."

"All righty, then will you mind helping me do dinner tonight?"

"Not at all."

"Good then we can talk while we’re cooking." Chie continued to unpack her things into the dresser until she was done. The room was large, and so was everything else that was in it. She kept out her CDs though; she needed a little more entertainment.
