Well I work for the labor department, this is kind of embarrassing, well
there's this co-worker, we had sort of an affair, this is back in December,
no, it was two, we uh, twice, we were together, you know we had sex, so
about two weeks ago I was walking down the hall and she was talking to some
friends and what she says, she said I brushed my hand across her buttocks,
and then she went to H.R., human resources, that's right, and she says that,
she didn't tell them about the affair, and she says when I took her to her
car, where it was parked, which sometimes I do, that I was always trying
to kiss her and like she says she said I can't do that cause I have a wife
and she has a boyfriend... So the hospital is crowded, the telephone says, and I'm waiting and waiting,
and man, I'd just done that double shift, right, so I just thought I didn't
want to wait no more so I went home and went to bed, then the next day I
come in and Greg calls up the manager and he seems alright, you know, ask
me if I feel alright, I say no problem Tom, he ask me if I seen the doctor
and I said the hospital was too crowded and I don't even want to claim anything
you know but they have to write it down so they write down the accident
report and then the next day it is like my day off and this friend of mine
working down there he goes Carlos I heard what happened to you boy and I
go what and he says that Greg says I was high, high, I can't do weed since
with the lung and where was I going to get it cause he knows I was working
there all day... It's not me, it's my daughter, well what is her name, alright see she
was in the military, this was nineteen eighty, she goes to the hospital
and they does this operation, and what happens is, is she still in the military,
yes sir, what happens is what they call, what is it, here it is, a vaginal
anal fistula, which is her excrements come out of her vagina... So would you say there is a pattern of discrimination, oh, sure, this
woman, I been there thirteen years and she only fires browns, whites can
get away with it but she fires you if you're brown, three days I was sick,
I never been sick before, and she says well you should have called me and
I called and called and called... I'm the only male in the office, the telephone won't stop, there's eight
women and me, and you know how it is, they are trying to make it like I
was some sex monster, man, and you know these women are always adjusting
their bras and talking about menstrual blood and having sex with their boyfriends,
and I don't care, you know, we just talk and joke, and then they take them
up and they're videotaping them and four of them say they don't like the
way I touched them, uh, so what do they say about that, they just say you
know I touched them too much...
