Fools and Newcomers is a weekly New Mexico history column by Morrow Hall that appears in several fine New Mexico newspapers.
It is said that only fools and newcomers predict the weather in New Mexico. Skeptics add that nobody else lives here! I chose the phrase as an appropriate name for my column.
