| The above lunare images are captures off digital Hi8 tape made using a PC-33C type camera inputted to a Sony camcorder. They were then captured by playing the tape using the wire connection to Sony F-270 laptop which comes with a program called DVGate Still. The bitmap format images were then opened in CCD Soft for contrast adjusting and sharpening thru unsharp masking, then saved as JPEG files. Video was shot through a C-14 at Cass. focus (f/10). Seeing was 5-7 on ALPO scale on the two nights used (week of April 9-12UT 2000). |
