The Deck of the Dreamers is my massive tarot deck project. It is a full set, including all major and minor arcana. Please feel free to link this page or point it out to potential publishers (this deck has not been published yet), but do not use any of the images without my specific permission. I am currently in the process of revamping these cards to suit my artistic improvement over 4 years and they will be in a much higher resolution format (for ease of printing should they ever be published). Please e-mail me with comments or ideas here.

The Fool represents new beginnings. He makes a leap of faith, careless of where it may lead. He has packed his bags and heads into new adventure, unaware of where he is going.

The Magician knows exactly what needs to be done, and he does it using his many skills. He masters the forces of each suit to achieve his goal. He is our creativity and our awareness.

The High Priestess looks beyond the practical and obvious solutions. She tells us to wait for things to work themselves out instead of making quick decisions. Mysterious forces and unexpected solutions tend to come into play when the High Priestess is involved.

The Empress promotes life in all forms. She makes the most of what she has and enjoys what nature has to offer. She lives life to its fullest and goes out of her way to bring hapiness to those around her.

The Emperor represents structure, order, and regulation. A need to orginize thoughts and carefully plan ahead arises. The Emperor will step in and take control of a situation if it is necessary to get the task completed.

The Hierophant is the representation of tradition and religion. He is the one who teaches and advises. When the force of the Hierophant is in play, a need to follow traditional methods or seek the aid of the elders arises.

The Lovers represent a powerful relationship. They show a power of union or an abundance of love (though not always sexual). The Lovers may also represent the force of temptation arising in one's life.

The Chariot represents asserting one's self to take control of a situation. It is the ability to take on all obstacles with confidence and determination that fuels the rider. The dark path tends to step in front of the light path (easy solutions are not always the best), so choose carefully.

Strength is the ability to endure whatever life throws at you. The strong stand up for what they believe in, and have the patience to keep fighting when the odds are against them. Neither despair nor frustration affects those with true Strength.

The Hermit lives away from society and all the distractions that cloud his mind. Sometimes you need to have time to yourself to ponder a problem thoroughly. The Hermit tells you to take this time, and perhaps you will find the answer inside.

There comes a point at which one realizes they play a small role in the grand scheme of things. The Wheel of Fortune tells us to step back and observe the situation in full. Expect surprises and complete changes in direction. Expect the wheel to pick you up and drop you somewhere you never expected.
