Easy Curved Border
For this you will need
PSP, my Bezier tube
and a 200 x 200
seamless pattern.
Open your seamless graphic. Open a new graphic 1024 x 200
and flood fill
this with your seamless graphic.
Click on your tubes tool and select jdbezier.
Place your cursor at 100,100 exactly and left click to place the
tube.
For the triple border like this page
just place the tube at 10 pixel intervals across the
top, 110, 120 etc.
If you want a muted background just place your tube on a new
layer, you will
then be able to select each side of the border to flood fill at
different
opacities or even different graphics if you want.
