For this Tutorial you will need the Texturizer filter.

For this Tutorial to work right your image needs to be square.

Open your image and crop and resize to make evenly square.

With the eyedropper tool right click on a dark color in your graphic to set as background color and left click on a light color in your graphic to set as your foreground color.   Now go to Image, Add Borders and use these settings.

Click on the Magic Wand and select the new border.  Go to Image, Effects, Inner Bevel, I used the settings below.

Click on the 2 way arrow to switch the background and foreground colors.

Go to Image, Add Borders again and use the settings below.

With the magic wand select the new border.  Go to Image, Plugin Filters and find the Texture filter and click on texturizer.

I used these settings.

Reverse your foreground and background colors again.

Go to Image, Add Borders and use the settings below.

Select the new border with the magic wand and go to Image, Effect, Inner Bevel and use the same settings as before.  

Now hit shift + D to duplicate your image.  On your duplicate go to the Layer Palette, right click on the background layer then click on Promote to Layer.

Click on your selection tool and use the settings below.

Make a selection around your middle graphic as follows.

Hit your del key or go to Edit, Clear.  It should now look something like below.

Go to Selections, Select none. 

Go to Image, Rotate and use the below settings.

Go to Image, Resize and use the below settings.

Go to Edit, Copy.  Click on your main graphic to make it active then go to Edit, Paste as New Layer.  Your image should now look something like below.

At this point you can close the duplicate, we'll be using the main image from now on.   Change your foreground and background colors again.

Go to Image, Canvas size and use the settings below, making sure the new height is the same as your graphic.

In the layers Palette make sure you are on your background layer.

With the magic wand click on the bg area so it's selected as below.

Now go to image Plugin Filters and find the texturizer filter again.  I used the same settings as before.  

Layers, Merge all flatten.  

Sign and Save.
