Comments: This is a real nice collection of most of the never released R.E.M. originals from their very early years. The sound is very good and the performances sound like the only studio attempts at these songs. Very essential for the development of their songs and songwriting.

Comments: I think this is the earliest known R.E.M. show known to exist on a recording. It's an excellent soundboard recording and the bulk of the set are early originals, most of which didn't make it onto any album. The show is very energetic and punky and very enjoyable as the earliest recorded document of live R.E.M..
