"Watson, come here! I need you!"
--Thomas A. Edison
First words ever spoken by telephone.
"One small step for man.
One giant leap for mankind."
--Neil Armstrong
First words spoken while standing on the moon.

One of the greatest aspects of the Internet is that it brings the entire world into
the palm of your hand. It's an enormous accomplishment, one of the most powerful mankind has made. I say this
because I see it not only as an instrument of learning and entertainment, but as a profound leap forward in the
ability of humankind to communicate with each other.
It is an immensely powerful tool, abused by some and made rich and remarkably educational by others. It offers us
the possibility of instantaneous travel through many worlds and realms...even into the very hearts and minds of those people
dedicated to the art of webcrafting.
Designing and maintaining a decent site on the World Wide Web is a full-time occupation. Yet, most who are dedicated to
making your Surfing experience an enjoyable or even moving one are obligated to much more than writing HTML code and
designing graphics. We have families, jobs, education and real world commitments above and beyond the
countless hours a day it takes to keep a good site up and running.
Precious few of us are paid for these labors. We do it for the love of the craft and the occasional words
of praise left in our guestbooks or sent by email. Indeed, those are the bread and wine we crave. The sustenance
that keeps us strong as we craft new and different projects to put before the world.
Here is a kindly request to all the Surfers out there. You are the audience for which we perform these
feats of technical magic. Have a care as you make your comments. They fall not on deaf keyboards or senseless
CPUs. Please, remember that there are people behind the images, words and music.
People with feelings and emotions who pour the best parts of themselves into the work they do for your amusement.
We have encountered so many wonderful sites in our travels around the Internet. We have compiled a few of them as links for your
