Hello,

For those of you who have never been here before, this site contains various originally created backgrounds [wallpaper, tiles, border backgrounds and 'dipsticks']. These backgrounds can be used either as desktop wallpaper or as webpage backgrounds. I am offering them to anybody who wants to use them for free, so long as they are being used non-commercially.

As a courtesy to my work, I would appreciate if people who use backgrounds from my site make a link back to it. Link to:

For those of you who have been here and are wondering about the new look: I have noticed my site was terribly slow so I decided to cut down on as many graphics as possible and to let the backgrounds do the 'talking'. My aim is to find a way to make the backgrounds load faster. If anybody has suggestions that could be of help, I would be grateful if s/he drop me a line. Meanwhile I'm trying to get the knack of Java to see if it can offer any solutions, but with my current awful lack of time I don't see this happening in the very near future...

Last thing (I think) - If anybody has used any of these backgrounds in a site, I would be glad to add a link to his/her site from mine.
