We were accused of being "drunkards" as an accusation to take our children and yet those who made the accusations were found to be what they accused as a teenager died in their house of a drug overdose in which my children witnessed. On the other side of the accusations, they do not drink, nor smoke, nor anything else for that matter, but it is their avarice that makes them "drunkards." I do not say this of them, their accusations say this of them.</B></div> <div> <B>To accuse is to point into a mirror, and to judge is a sign that you will be judged. To accuse is a sign that you are being accused, to condemn another is to not know that you are actually looking into a mirror when you condemn.</B></div> <div> <B>When you point a finger, remember, there are three fingers pointing back at you.</B></div> <div> <B>MANY GATHERED IN ONE CHURCH, FOR ONE PURPOSE. They have been taken from their mother who took them from me, and the same mouths that condemned us are now having to praise us just as the Lord said.</U></B></div> <div> <B><U>THE RICH WILL DRAG YOU INTO COURT AND THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTRY ANYMORE</U></B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFFFF" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B> AS Jeremiah explains in Chapter 5, "the people fill their houses with corruption therefore wickedness grows and the foundations of the World are upset (this part is important), Justice is perverted and they do not hear the case of the Widow, nor do they plead the cause of the poor, the rights of the needy, they do not judge, </B></FONT></div> <div> <B>And this is O.K. because Court, just as it proved to be for me, was a waste of time as it turned out and would have been a waste again, but I did not need to fight in Court to get my children back.</B></div> <div> <B>"SHALL MY SOUL NOT BE AVENGED ON A NATION SUCH AS THIS, THUS SAYETH THE LORD"?</B></div> <div> <B>I think a great deal about people and how cruel and hurtful they can be, and I cannot understand it. It is inhumane for a human to attack another human especially when their is deciet involved </B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFF00" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B><U>with a direct understanding of who the opposing party serves</U></B></FONT><B>?</B></div> <div> <B>We are being justified because we preach the gospel, and mostly because GOD WILL NOT BE MOCKED.</B></div> <div> <B>Again, we (TSR The Signal Receivers) do not think ourselves right or wrong, and we are not bitter as I am sure we may at times sound this way but we are really not thinking of any one person or the like, we are simply appauled that any human could do these kinds of things to another human all the while scattering 6 children 3 different ways?</B></div> <div> <B><U>Yet, what has been done to us is nothing compared to what has been done to our 5 and 6 year old Son and Daughter as they have suffered the most, yet are they not innocent?</U></B></div> <div> <B>There is some light to all of this!!</B></div> <div> <B>We were silent as to try to be like Jesus in our answering of the false accusations in which silence can be golden especially when Jesus Christ is your Mediator and your Lawyer and cannot lose and all you have to do is remain passive and Faithful in Him while you weather a terrible storm and once the storm is over, His Court will adjourn and He will fight every case that was brought against us and he will then ask us if we all forgive each other wholeheartedly and we will all say yes as no one would ever accuse anybody while standing in the presence of Jesus and it will be a great day.</B></div> <div> <B>So in our losses written below, and in light of many attacks upon us and our children (all children are the Kingdom of Heaven), </B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFF00" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B><U>we have remained silent, obediant and passive</U></B></FONT><B> despite such awesome cruelty and theft not because we are right and not because we are wrong, but because we need not answer and </B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFF00" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B>should not answer false accusations</B></FONT><B> in a "heathen court" that does not allow the first, most perfect and original law of God in it's courtrooms therefore disallowing truth to be told and justice to be served.</B></div> <div> <B>What are the results of the abscence of God and His Law in our Courtrooms?</B></div> <div> <B><U>Simple. Evil ends up using government agencies and courtrooms to rob, steal. oppress, kill and persecute God's Annointed.</U></B></div> <div> <B>We aren't calling our attackers "evil" and we are not boasting that we are "Annointed" but we are simply showing how the abscence of God means a perversion of Justice in which we fell victim to as our attackers fell victim to "The Captivity" as it was written thousands of years ago and being fulfilled to the letter today.</B></div> <div> <B>This is a perfect case scenario of how The Scribes and The Pharisees used the Roman Goverment to legally persecute, oppress and kill Jesus and His followers as the Roman Government had not a clue of what truth was due to a lack of God and His law."Thou shall not kill". The Scribes and The Pharisees simply sidestepped this law by having someone else do it</B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFFFF" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B>. </B></FONT><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#00FF00" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B><U>Our attackers did the same. Yes, they even killed us. Believe me, losing 4 children in one day is worse than death.</U></B></FONT></div> <div> <B>However, please understand, it was </B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFF00" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B><U>His own people</U></B></FONT><B> who turned on Him as it is </B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFF00" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B><U>our own people</U></B></FONT><B> who are doing this to us.</B></div> <div> <B>Yet, as the Scriptures prophesied, most of those who attacked us sought us out to be reconciled to us as they were.</B></div> <div> <B>Also, it was easy to get the Romans to persecute and kill Christ and His followers because Rome as America had a strong fascination with watching people die, watching people fight and watching people doing harm to other people.</B></div> <div> <B>By nature, most people are not generally evil, but they are deceived by their lusts (hate, money, greed, retaliation, jealousy, and the like) into falling into a blinding transgression of the Law. People aren't evil, it's their words and actions that are evil, but this is where Christ comes in.</B></div> <div> <B><U>Jesus &His Servants are the people's  Cornerstone or He is their stumbling block.</U></B></div> <div> <B><U>He exposes the hearts (true feelings) of all mankind.</U></B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFFFF" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B> </B></FONT></div> <div> <B>He causes evil people to become more evil, to their own hurt and consequence therof, and He also causes the good to become better through suffering that builds Faith and hope.</B></div> <div> <B><U>The Cornerstones of Christ are the "Jesus Freaks" or better known as "Martyrs", or most importantly, they are WITNESSES and they become stumbling blocks to the transgressors of the law</U></B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFFFF" FACE="Times New Roman" ><B>.</B></FONT></div> <div> <B>People transgress the LAW due to a lack of love for their neighbors and their God.  A  lack of the fear of God due to a lack of reading from the  Old Testament, in which this is usually caused by Ministries only giving out copies of the New Testament which results in half of the book which is forbidden in Revelation, and half of the total truth ultimeately leading to the half truth being as it is so often told, "Jesus forgives you of your sins", but leaving out the part about how he forgives us but He also disciplines us and the misconception that is taught is you can sin as you wish because you are forgiven.</B></div> <div> <B>Our family and our own Christian Brothers and Sisters have come against us and have said that we must be doing wrong otherwise none of this loss and sorrow we are suffering would have happened.</B></div> <div> <B>However, we will show Scripture that tells all.</B></div> <div> <B><U>Thou shalt not judge, thou shalt not condemn, thou shalt not bring a false accusation against thy brother (satan is know as the great accuser), Christians taking Christians to a godless court system in front of non-believers, plotting against thy family member, plotting against thy neighbor, causing children to dishonor and disobey their parents. Casuing little ones to stumble, </U></B></div> <div> <B>However, our most interesting point in all this is the fact that our previous spouses filed restraining orders against us and this was so we couldn't show them what they have done in the Holy Scriptures.</B></div> <div> <B>However, the best part of it all is that they cannot help but read every page of our websites, so they will see this and hopefully we can all realize that not one of us is right and adults should not be fighting like little children and being mean spirited by calling CPS, The Police, Social Services and even calling our neighbors and pretending we have a problem and can they help in some way as a type of folly. </B></div> <div> <B><U>However, now that they have won this time by signing a government legal document and at the same time making false reports and signing these documents and standing before a judge making these accusations while taking a sworn oath which by the way, is forbidden as well,</U></B></div> <div> <B><U>AND ALL FOR THE REASON OF USING MAN'S LAW AGAINST GOD'S LAW.</U></B></div> <div> <B><U>The main window that was used was retaliation at a opportune time as we were laid out as stumbling blocks and this was caused by Jesus who at the same time caused the hearts of our attackers to be exposed for what was truly in them. We had defeated our accusers in Court without making accusations, and without an attorney as they had, though they boasted of certain victory. This time they used far treacherous acts against us because they knew of our new found weakness.</U></B></div> <div> <B>In this point in time you must choose Gods Law or you will choose mans law but you cannot follow one without breaking the other. We are accused of beating our children, and another accusation is that we get into a circle and Pray and then we beat our children.</B></div> <div> <B><U>We were disciplanarians that disciplined according to the Word of God. We have not responded to any of this Court Paperwork for it does not pertain to us and it is a wicked ungodly court system in which we will have no part of especially because we had already won our cases fair and square, the only difference is that this time our previous spouses were far more devious and mischievious in the "macho" win even if you must cheat but how can this happen between adults? How can adults consistently call the CPS and make false reports so often that the CPS knows that it is a type of retaliation as do the Police, YET WHY WERE MY CHILDREN NOT BROUGHT BACK TO ME?</B></div> <div> <B>And how could adults play this kind of game in which so many different types of evil are wrought even though all of the above mentioned people know who we serve? However, we are not looking for anything other than to know that there is someone out there who cares that something like this happens to people. My reasoning for this is that I used to be an antagonist, a mocker and the like  in the way of being mean spirited but I would have never did things such as turning the children on their parents, or filing false reports, or making false accusations and so many other things but this does not make me innocent or righteous. I am actually blessed that I am being disciplined now and when the Lord corrects, He then heals.</B></div> <div> <B>Our most honest fear for all of those who came against us and plotted against us  have not been punished and our Prayers are in the hopes that if we can forgive them and Pray for them and suffer for them, then hopefully the Lord will forgive them and us. It works.</B></div> <div> <B>Our Previous Spouses plotted together with my family members and my wifes family members to kidnap my other three children, and my wife's two children and then by filing restraining orders that do not allow us to see or contact our children unless we "go to jail and pay for something we did not steal", and all of this based on plotting, kidnapping, making false accusations and the like.</B></div> <div> <B>However, my most important question that i am to answer is whether or not we can find anyone who cares besides those in our home?? I am told that I will not find one as we are living in the place that is spoken of in Revelation</B></div> <div> <B>This scripture above is a parable that really means our christian brothers and Sisters have made accusations against us and though these accusations are many, all accusations have been found to be "unfounded" by several visits by several different governmental agencies. Yet although the accusations were found as "unfounded",  restraining orders were granted and a wonderful walk with our children of 8 years (in our custody with no negative marks) suddenly came to an end during the most tragic painful loss we have ever had to face. </B></div> <div> <B>However, worse than this was seeing our 5 and 6 year old children face a confusing painful time and loss in their life. How does one explain to little angels, that one of their brothers and one of their sisters went to "this" home and 3 brothers and one sister went to "this" other home. They have always had their brothers and sisters around since they were born. We thought our 5 year old daughter was sick soon after but it was that she must have been in grief as she looked like a sad precious moments doll.</B></div> <div> <B>I won't go into the details of the accusations because I would be writing a telephone book but the letter below to one of the Judges tells of them but I am hoping this is being read by my family in Christ who would not judge or assume, but would stop and Pray for all involved as all have been painfully sorrowed and hearts were torn apart and I must note that this all flooded in on us very shortly after 9/11. We have been attacked by our children who left who we were so very close to, our previous spouses, our family mambers, the District Attorney's Office, Social Services, The Police (who although said it was felony kidnapping, and asked for Custody Paperwork to recover our children, for some reason said they couldn't help us and that we would have to go to L.A. and Oregon and we would have to "tell it to the Judge" but isn't it the person who has done wrong who is supposed to tell it to the Judge? One day this man named Paul who lived around the corner, yet we had never seen him and he had never seen us prior, walks by our fence and say's, "do you see much in the clouds"? However, I would like to plead to you to please take a moment to read my letter because an aweful crime has occurred and I have been denied Justice. This is not in any way, shape or form, a fault of yours. I beleive that you awarded the restraining order in the best interests of my children due to the "accusations" that were placed before you.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   I will plead my case with you in this letter to the best of my ability and with the utmost respect because as I said, I am a Servant of the Lord Jesus Christ and so I know better than most that it is not the people who have placed you in the very important position you have obtained, but it is God Himself  who has placed you in the position you now obtain.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   I do not expect Justice to be served in this case because I am waiting for my Justice to come from above. I must however, plead my innocence in this letter because there will come a day when we all stand before the Almighty God, and we will all have to testify to the events that have come to be.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   It is hard for me to try to explain what has been done to me because I am not permitted to judge, accuse or condemn, so if I do, I beg for forgiveness. However, I am also Commanded to tell the truth, so I will and I must or I will suffer condemnation from God above. I am sure that perjury is rampant when you have emotional issues such as these, but I will not lie because perjury is nothing compared to the judgement from God in whom I love and fear greatly. So in the words of this letter, I will boldly confess that I will tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   I must say first of all, that all of the statements that Betty Anne Hamm have made in the restraining orders are lies and she has perjured herself knowingly and the reason she does this is because she has always gotten away with it.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   She has even enlarged my build and my height in these orders knowing full well that I am only 6'00" tall and that my genetics could never allow me to be 260 lbs. but because I know her thoughts, she knew that this would help her to obtain the restraining orders that she now has been awarded. I am 6'00" tall and I have never been taller, and I my weight is 185 lbs. as it has pretty much always been. I've never even have been more than 215 lbs. She uses claims of steroid abuse because I used to workout and she figured that she could make me out to be a "big mean tough steroid user" who beats my children but I have never been this way and she knows this as do my children. In all of the "accusations" that she has made in these restraining orders, none of it can be proven and yet all of the statements I am making in this letter can. As a matter of fact, all of the "accusations" she has ever made have been investigated and found to be "unfounded". Also, in our case here in California (Case #SFL09687) the Childrens Attorney (Carrol Lawson) emphatically stated that he beleived that it was in the childrens best interest to remain in my Custody and the Judge (Bobby Vincent) also agreed.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   The day that she claims that I threatened to kill her in a phone conversation were also a lie and this is very easy to prove. In her paperwork she mentions me and God many times, so it is obvious that she knows that we are Godly people and Godly people do not threaten to kill anybody nor do they do harm to people. We follow the Commandments of God thoroughly and respectfully. Jesus Christ said, "do not judge", "do not murder", "do not condemn", "love your enemies as you love yourself" and we are not just "hearers of the Word", we are "doers" of the Word. For Christ said that those who are only "hearers" of the Word and not "doers" of the Word are worse than those who never heard the Word at all. And besides that, we had already knew that the children had been kidnapped from us and we had friends over at the time to help comfort us when Betty had called us and they can testify that no such thing as a "threaten to kill" had ever occurred. The only thing I tried to explain to her was that I already knew this was going to happen as everything Jesus Christ said would happen to His chosen, has happened to us and that although our children were taken into captivity, God would someday return them to us. I don't really think she heard anything I said anyways because she would not let me speak without speaking at the same time and scoffing and mocking what I would say, but this was just another fulfillment of the Scriptures. I had told my children two weeks prior all the way back to two years ago, that people would try to turn them against us because the Scriptures said that they would. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   Beleive it or not, I have the gift of Prophecy, so I see things before they happen and Betty is well aware of this. I tried unsuccessfully, for two years to warn many people and many organizations about what was going to happen to New York City. My oldest son Jefferey can testify to this and I also have proof of this. This is just one of the many Prophecies that I have written about that have come to pass. The Bible says that, "if a Prophet of the Lord Prophesies something and it comes to pass, then you know it came from the Lord and if it doesn't, then you know it didn't. So I knew ahead of time and told my children well ahead of time, that people would try to turn them against us but it had to happen because the Scriptures said it would happen. The reason why New York City was attacked was the very reason why I am going through what I am going through. God said that this would happen if Justice was denied to the poor and the oppressed and this is why I have said that I do not expect justice to be served in this case and that I am waiting for justice to be served from above. New York City was actually a small warning of what is next to come. It may be hard to fathom, but America will be next to be destroyed. Of course there are many other reasons why this happened to New York City and will happen to America, but I say Justice is one of them because it is the one that hits closest to home for me.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   I say that Justice was not served in my case because the Police and Social Services have been out here more than ten times in response to these false accusations (and have found them to be "unfounded") but even though they said that my children being kidnapped was a felony, they did nothing to help me retrieve my children even though I have paperwork stating that I have custody and have had custody for the past 7 years. I also do not expect Justice to be served in this case because if someone is allowed to kidnap children, enroll them in School, obtain restraining orders against the parent who has custody, and perjure themselves over and over, what chance could I ever possibly have of obtaining Justice? As I have stated before, I do not blame you or anyone else for this, it is all simply a fulfillment of the Scriptures. My Justice will come from The Lord and hopefully that Justice will come from you in the way of returning my children to me. I do not want to file charges of kidnapping, perjury or slander, I just want my children back.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  I am also surpised that Betty Hamm used drugs as one of the accusations in this statement. When I had been given custody of my children years ago, I was given custody because although Betty Hamm had testified under oath that she was not using drugs, she tested positive for three different types of illegal drugs. Nothing was done in the way of perjury and that is why I say that it is easy for her to perjure herself because she knows that it is not really a crime that is ever punishable. I must add that I was also tested for drugs and due to my employment, have always been tested for drugs, and have always come out negative and I will tell you as I have told the Police and Social Services, I am always willing, ready and able to take a drug test because the best defense I have is the very offense my previous spouse uses to make these false accusations. I will also tell you as I have told the Police and Social Services, that my home is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to search and to answer any questions because these are all lies and as I said, people will always continue to lie when they are allowed to get away with it. It is a tragedy however, when children are made to lie for anybody and Betty Hamm has a long history of this and I can prove this as well.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  The reason why Betty Hamm has made this request for this restraining order is because she has played "dirty", she expects me to play "dirty" as well. She knows that if she has a restraining order, I won't be able to come and "kidnap" my children back while they are at School or their grandparents or the like. However, I have already called her mother and told her mother that I would not attempt to do anything in the way of obtaining my children and that I wanted there to be peace between my childrens mother and I.  I would love to beg you for my children back but I cannot fight for my children because I would be breaking several Commandments which Betty Hamm has done and has caused my children to do and I cannot be a part of that.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  If I were to fight to get my children back it would come at the expense of causing them to speak out against their parents thereby disobeying and dishonoring their parents and this is something that Betty Hamm has caused my children to do and I will not and cannot be a party to this. I am Commanded to forgive her and my children for this so that I may be forgiven of anything that I have done wrong.  It is extremely important for me to forgive and to Pray for Betty Hamm because Jesus Christ said that if anybody was to cause even one child to stumble, it would be better for them if a giant millstone was tied around their neck and they were thrown into the sea, and there are three children that have been caused to stumble in this case. We taught the Word of God in this home every single day and the accusations of the punishment that Betty Hamm described are punishment that would have to have been carried out by angry parents and it is for one, Commanded of us not to get angry and for two, it is Commanded that you do not discipline your children when you are angry and as I said, we are not just "hearers" of the Word, we are "doers" of the Word. I must admit however, so that the truth can be told, is that when Betty Hamm and I were together, these are some of the methods of punishment that she herself used and it would cause her to get even more angry when I would try to correct her on it.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B> We never choked, kicked, or punched our children or any other thing like this but Betty Hamm has. She used to get so violent in fact, that I had to call the Police out to our house several times in an attempt to get her to calm down. I even went to jail once for trying to calm her down. I was almost immediately released because she had admitted to the Police that it was her and not I that was doing the "hitting" and if anyone should be put in jail for spousal abuse, it should be her. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  I can prove that what I am saying is true simply by my record and hers. I am 34 years old, yet I have 17 years on my job, I have an umblemished record with my children as their attendance records, CPS reports, Police Reports and several witnesses can attest to. I say CPS reports and Police Reports because Betty Hamm has a long history of calling the Police and The CPS on us due to a hatred that has never gone away. All Police reports and CPS reports have been "unfounded" and they have all told us that whenever they are called out and a report is "unfounded", it simply ends up looking better for us and worse for the person making the reports because it becomes an obvious type of "retaliation". I have many people who are Teachers, Elders, Children, Preachers, Pastors, Ministers, Bishops, Ministry Organizations, Co-Workers and friends who would be more than happy to write a letter in my defense to prove that these are false accusations and nothing more.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   It's funny somehow, but when people make false accusations, they are almost in all actuality, telling on themselves and this is why satan is known as the "great accuser" and the "father of lies and confusion". This is because in all reality, he deceives people into telling on themselves. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>   I would like to add that my present wife has 2 years of child development experience in West Germany, Washington, and California. I added this because not only does my wife love my children as if they were her own, she also knows proper discipline procedures and has an excellent way of speaking and teaching children. This has also been devastating to our 4 and 5 year old children who were very close to their stepbrothers and stepsisters and looked up to them a great deal.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  Another proof that Betty Hamm is telling on herself is because when we were together and I was working the morning shift, we would get threatening letters from the School District saying that we would be punished for our childrens attendance because Betty was not getting up in the morning andf taking them to the bus stop. She would say that the bus would pass her by and the children would agree but then in private they would tell me that she wouldn't get up and they would beg me not to tell her that they told me because she would get so angry at them. Another fact that I have in my defense is I had called the School District in Oregon to speak to my oldest son Jeff, but the School District in Oregon told me he had hadn't been enrolled in School since October of this year. This is why she filed this restraining order. So that I wouldn't be able to speak to my children and I wouldn't be able to find out whether or not they were being properly cared for. I must also state that my children will not be properly cared for which has always been the case and that this is all about money. If you look at our court paperwork, it is obvious that this has always been about money and that she has perjured herself over and over as is the case with this restraining order. The best way I can prove that this restraining order is false is to obey it as I will obey any order that is given.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  Another reason I cannot fight for my children is because Betty Hamm states that she is a Christian and The Bible sternly Commands that Christians are NOT to take each other to Court and I have already won custody of my children by telling the truth and proving Betty to be a liar. Beleive me, I take no joy in calling her this but she herself has proven this to be true time and time again. The Books will be opened and the Courts will ajourn someday for me but being a true Christian, this cannot come until Christ comes. I will Pray that you will write me and tell me I can come and pick up my children, but I cannot fight for them and I want to tell you that whatever you decide, and whatever you order, I will obey and respect completely and fully for as I said, God has placed you where you are and I know this to be true.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  Christ and His Apostles said that His Chosen would be dragged into the Courts, they would be slandered,  they would be hated, they would be persecuted and even killed. All has happened to us except for us being killed and with every other Prophecy about us being fulfilled, death could come to us as well but we are Christians and so we should expect no less. However, please note that it wasn't the Courts or the Romans who crucified Jesus, it was his own people as it is our own people who are doing this to us but as Jesus said, "Father forgive them for they know not what they do", we ask for forgiveness of our persecutors for they truly do not know what they are doing and they truly do not know who they are doing it to. Pontious Pilate and the Roman Government only crucified Jesus because the Jews so viciously wanted it. Pilate knew Jesus was innocent and he was astonished at how vicious and hateful Jesus' own people were towards Him. If this case could truly be investigated, I know you would find this to be true of us as well.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  I rejoice over all of these persecutions because these are the gauge in which we are to use to tell whether we are chosen or not. Especially when false accusations are used.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  I want you to know that I love my children with all of my soul and I have always loved them this way. I also want you to know that I have never abused my children and that I have never been a better parent than I have become in the past 3 years, and since we have turned our lives completely over to Christ, discipline hasn't even been a factor. Our children have never been so well behaved as in these past three years so discipline or "abuse" has not even been a factor. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  I beleive that people who visit such as friends and neighbors are the best gauge to tell you whether or not you are a good parent. We would get compliments all of the time from people we don't even know, stating what well behaved, kind, sweet children we have.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  One way I can think of as far as showing my innocence can also be seen by the fact that about a week ago my daughter Alexus' school called and they wanted to know if  I wanted Alexus' School records released (because they knew what had happened) and I said yes because I didn't want my daughter missing School, so you can see that I was looking out for my daughters best interest instead of  being difficult and not allowing her records to be released.  Also as I had stated earlier in this letter, I had called Betty's mother to tell her that I wanted to be at peace with Betty despite what had happened because this I know is also in the children's best interest. I had also told her mother that I would not fight in court or kidnap the children back, I just wanted her to tell my children that I loved them and I missed them. I have no other way of contacting Betty or my children as they are not allowed to call me and Betty doesn't answer her phone nor does she return phone calls. My oldest son Jeff would tell me that he could only call when she would leave because she wouldn't let him talk to me and also if you were to check her phone records and mine, Betty has hardly ever called here to speak to the children and when the children were with me and would call, they would always get her answering machine with no call back. I beleive she has called the Police and CPS more times than she has actually called to speak to the children.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>  If I lose my children because I won't be a party to them breaking God's Commandments, and if I lose my children because I will not take a Christian brother or sister to Court than I am sacrificing my children for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and due to the fact that this is an awesome and painful sacrifice, I know that God will return them to me and I know that all will turn out for the good in the end. Jesus said it himself, that we must be willing to give up everything, even our own lives, but as he said, "he that loses his life for my sake, will gain it, and he who tries to keep his life (or what he has) will lose it. The Bible says that Wisdom cannot come without suffering and so I know you must suffer greatly in the decisions that you must make everyday and I have a great deal of respect for you no matter what decision you make.</B></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B>  So I will close with this. I know that whatever decision you make will be the best for my children and I also want you to know that I will respect and obey whatever orders you do make or whatever you decide.
