RIGHT & WRONG
I thought it necessary to write this page to try to shed some light on some things that my family has been through because through a deep search in the Scriptures and being on the extreme both sides of the coin (bad:good, rich:poor, happy:sad, admired:despised, loved:hated, etc, etc), we have learned that right and wrong is so confused, and mixed up that nobody knows truly what is right and wrong anymore. This is more deadly as it deals with blindness that only Christ and obediance to him can cure.
This does not mean that we have the answers, or that we are "righteous", or that we are "know it alls". We are only going to try to show areas of deep blindness because with all the deception that we see everywhere, there are many things that seem ok, are allowed, are justified, and just simply are not known to be so sinful and blinding.
For example, what would happen if we try to look like Jesus, wear what He wore, act like Him, live like He did, say what He said, etc., etc.??
How come these things are done for Micheal Jordon, Tiger Woods, Shaquille O'Neal etc, etc.??
The only way to see where the whole World is deceived, would be to attempt to be obsessive about the Word and the obediance of it.
For example, our family was very angry at us because we refused to celebrate holidays any longer. Most would say, "it doesn't hurt anything", or the like, but it does. Look at how a simple birthday for Jesus got turned into a circus show of magicians (advertisers) who make the most money depending on how well they can trick the people. Now Christmas is simply a burden where each person complains about what they have to spend, and how quickly they must get all of this madness done and how nobody is going to appreciate it anyways.
Sin is like a weed. It needs no good soil, or sun, or water, or nutrients to grow. Yet it grows like crazy. Sin is like this. First, a man buys a nice car, but then after a short time, he wants a nicer car, next thing you know he is having his wife go to work, with a t.v. to babysit, so that he can own a really nice car. Somemight say I say these things because I don't have these things. No, I did, and now I don't and so now I am aware of the confusion they cause.
Here is why. For one, we were Commanded not to follows Traditions of men.
For two, we were not to follow after the precepts (laws) of men.
For three, these holidays are a deception. You can see this by the horrible madness of materialism.
Here is an explanation for Christmas in the Bible.
JER 10:3 For the customs of the peoples are worthless; they cut a tree out of the forest, and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel.
JER 10:4 They adorn it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails
so it will not totter.(they even sing songs to this tree, "Oh Christmas Tree"...)
How about Easter. This is a holiday that is celebrated for Jesus rising from the grave but should this be mixed with a tribute to the goddess of fertility which is what the bunny and the eggs are for?
How about the 4th of July?
For France, England, and the Colonists were fighting for a land that did not belong to them.
How many Native Americans were annhilated and brought to extinction so that we could have our freedom to do whatever we wanted.
The Colonists left England because King James ordered them to obey the living law and Word of God.
For if the Colonists came here to flee oppression and persecution, why did they turn around and do it themselves?
Besides all of the Native Americans that were wiped out, how many Africans were wiped out and enslaved?
The Colonists came here for two reasons, freedom to do what they wanted to do and GOLD. This is what America was built from and this is why America was formed.
Look at how land was taken from the Native Americans because it had gold on it. The look at how the land was given back to the Native Americans, to get around the gambling laws to tax the winners.
How about the fact that we now have billions coming in from the lottery and gambling taxes and yet of course, we are failing in our attempt to improve our schools, medicare, our roads, housing, and the list goes on and on. How come the money is coming in like never before, but yet the services rendered are failing more and more?
How come the government used 1.5 million dollars of Social Security money to refurbish a "vulcan" statue, which is nothing more than an idol in which is an abomination to God and causes obvious confusion as the Bible says.
How about this for confusion.
A man can slip and fall in the house he is robbing, and sue the victim he was robbing?
How come it is legal to kill an unborn child in the womb?
How come we are constantly finding out that poor people spent their lives in jail only for us to find out that they really weren't guilty whereas the guilty, through riches can simply buy their way out?
This is all obvious confusion.
How come you can have a sex change, but you can't bring a Bible to school?
Confusion.
How come we can have advertising billboards everywhere we look but we cannot have the ten commandments in the same places?
Confusion.
How come we allow capitol punishment if there is nobody who is free from sin to carry out the execution?
Confusion.
Why can we overeat, but can't even give excess change to a beggar?
Confusion.
How could we allow private industry to profit from people going to jail?
Confusion.
How could we pay men to kill a unborn child?
Confusion.
How could we let unborn children be killed? And for profit??!!
Confusion.
How could we put a person who has killed someone to death, and allow others to profit from murder?
Confusion.
With these kind of deeds and these kind of laws, how can we follow them or even regard them?
If they don't know what is right, why should they make laws saying "this" is legal, or "that" is illegal.
I cannot take a Bible into a Court of Law, but I can wear an offensive t-shirt?
However, the question should really be, "why cannot I take a Bible into Court?" What are they afraid of?
Why do we allow abortion, gambling, alcohol, homosexuality, idols, transexuality, pornography and the like if the Bible clearly states that the consequences are blindness, confusion and death?
If we are a "Godly Nation", why is God name being taken out, and the above mentioned brought in.
How can we say, "God Bless America"? He will not when the above mentioned things are taking place.
Even Christians are glorifying and building statues which are idols.
There is so much deception going on everywhere that it causing me to ask myself, "where am I deceived?"
This causes me to search myself and the Scriptures because I can tell you, nobody seems to know anymore.
Here is a question to ask.
Why must our children go to School? To learn? Or to learn how to be a good slave?
Get out of school. Get a job and pay taxes. This is what they are taught in school.
Who were the hardest worked slaves in the World? The Hebrews by the Egyptians. The Egyptians did not build the Pyramids, Hebrew Slaves built the Pyramids. For a single man to have to pay 30% percent of his wages in taxes isn't slavery????
Especially when he must turn around a pay another 20% in hidden taxes (sales tax, gasoline tax, property tax, gift tax, luxury tax, and the list goes forever on) as well?? This is not slavery??????
This is why in the Book of Job, Elihu states, "let us discern for ourselves, what is good and right."
This makes sense especially due to the fact of the above mentioned confusions.
If the family meant anything at all in this Country, why aren't we simply given higher wages instead of lower wages causing both parents to work and only so that this money can be given to a day care center??
The government will pay for day care, but they won't instead pay the mother to be the day care provider?? Why not??
Who will take care of your children better? You, or somebody getting paid to do it?
A hireling will flee when he sees a wolf coming, because he is a hireling and has no Spiritual bond to what he is supposed to be caring for.
Will a day care provider love your children when they are being paid to care for your child?
We have all seen how children behave at School, but have you ever seen how the adults behave?
There were times when we as parents failed to send some kind of document to a school and our children were rediculed for it?
Why? What did they do wrong, it was our fault?
The children are against the adults and this is because the adults are against the children.
IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO.
Children learn by example, and this example cannot be the parents fault, for the parents arent around. Who are children around the most?
The T.V., The Schools, the Radio and the Computer. So they aren't learning to be this way from the parents, their parents are out slaving.
If you talk to your car about how good it runs and how good it looks, you'll be called a "nut"
However, if you kick the tar out of your car, and call it a "piece of junk", this is acceptable.
How is it that parents are arguing and fighting at little league games in front of children?
They see their idols doing it on t.v. They learned by example.
Why is illegal to panhandle, but legal to for the media to harass you by way of advertising everywhere you look, everywhere you are, and everywhere you hear? How is this right. Someone asking for change is nothing compared to minutes after minutes of pop-ups on the computer, foolish radio and tv commercials, and unsolicited e-mails, calls and the like. Why is this legal?? Especially when it is sin usually, that they are trying to sell. What is sinful about a man begging for something to eat or drink?
The most insane thing I have seen as of late is financial institutions using the Word "Wisdom" when Wisdom and Riches are two opposite things. Wisdom goes to the humble, not the rich. It is written.
