Greetings!

.....I am Amberle de Aquila, currently Head Healer of Paranor and Karaak. My lineage can be traced back to the Elven Royalty, and I was named after Amberle Elessedil. As a result of being named after her, I have studied everything I can to learn about my namesake, finding it was she who carried a seed from the Ellcrys to the Bloodfire to be quickened into a new Ellcrys.

.....My father is an Elven man by the name of Chebar, who is in service to the Elven King, and a part of the Home Guard. My mother, Evelyn, is mostly Elven, but her lineage can be traced back to Shea Ohmsford and the Shannara line. I also had a sister named Kiarra, who was taken from me when she was only ten years of age, and I have not seen her since.

.....I was born and raised in Arborlon, and in my younger years, I often visited the Gardens of Life, there to look upon the Ellcrys. Even as a young child, I always had a special sense for others' feelings. Empathy my mother often called it. As I grew older, I learned that I had other abilities, among them a great sensitivity for creatures of the earth; all creatures trust me instinctively.

.....I am also a clairvoyant, and can recieve telepathic 'echoes', which actually seem to be another form of empathy. I can speak as a full telepath with animals, however, not people, an unusal ability I understand. Perhaps because I am more in tune with nature and her creatures. I also discovered I had hidden powers which are inherent to my lineage, but that each power manifests itself in a different way.

.....Physically, I am 5'3" with a slender, and seemingly delicate figure. I am comely enough, but not a radiant beauty. My eyes are a deep, dark sapphire which seem to reflect the souls of others, but very few have the ability to look deep enough to see mine. My hair is waist-length, naturally curly, and a very dark brunette, almost black. I never could describe my own personality, I leave that up to you...
