.....Welcome to my Chambers. I am the Druidess Amberle. Oh no, not the first Amberle of the Royal house of Elessedils, for we know she became the Ellcrys. No, I was named after her. I am Amberle of the de Aquila's. If you wish to learn more about me I shall tell you, but not here, not now. You will find a brief background of me in one of the books below.

.....The other books, you will find, hold many wondrous things. I keep a small history of things which have happened in Paranor during my time there, from Apprentice to Druid to Head Healer, I have compiled, with the help of Brona, Wren, and Andrea, certain events which have happened within Paranor's walls, and stored them in my own chambers. Only now do I open these doors to you, and let you flip through the pages of each book at your leisure. Please, light a candle, choose a book, sit down at the table and read for awhile. I guarantee you will be drawn into Paranor's history--and perhaps you will wish to join us...
