Throughout the game, Maxim and his companions will come across boxes with dragon eggs inside. Once you collect eight of these, you can trade them for an item. To the west of Piko is a small island sitting in the middle of a lake. On that island is the dragon shrine. Give the eight eggs to the dragon in exchange for a set of 10 Potions (10 life, 10 spell, etc.), a set of 20 fruit (20 earth fruit, 20 secret fruit...you get the picture), an Ancient Shield which only Guy and Artea can equip ( but there are stronger shields available in the Ancient Cave ), or a set of Super Rings (S-Thunder, S-Pro, so on and so forth). The good news is that you can collect the dragon eggs four times in exchange for items. The bad news is that after retrieving all eight Dragon Eggs four times, the Egg Dragon gets sick of you and will fight you (See the Tips and Tricks page for some pointers). If you beat him you get the Egg Sword and Egg Ring. You can reach the island by air once Excerion can fly, or through an underwater channel. Below is a list of Dragon Egg locations for your dining and dancing pleasure...PLEASE NOTE: The dragon eggs do not necessarily appear in the set order I have listed. Once you turn them in, the next set used my the game is random. If you have any more locations to contribute, please feel free.
