au commencement		in the beginning
Au commencement étaient deux cerveaux (enfin, au moins un et demi). Puis fut la lumière. Le mouvement néo-çitran est né d'un désir de liberté, du besoin de n'obéir à aucune loi. Le mouvement néo-çitran est l'endroit où tout se rencontre sans se percuter.		In the beginning, there was two brains (well, at least one and a half). And then there was light. Neo-çitran was born from a need for freedom, from a need to obey no law. Neo-çitran is where everything merge and nothing collide.
pourquoi ce nom?		why that name?
Le mouvement néo-çitran tire son nom du fait qu'il suit le mouvement çitran et précède le mouvement post-néo-çitran.		Because the movement comes right in between the çitran and post neo-çitran movements.
de quoi est-il question?		what is it about?
Inspiré des Dada, le mouvement néo-çitran se refuse à suivre quelque règle que ce soit. Mais il en diffère par les points suivants: Le néo-çitranesque se refuse même à suivre la principale règle du mouvement, à savoir: ne suivre aucune règle. Le mouvement est en perpétuelle mutation, menaçant de changer à tout moment. Le mouvement semble tout de même porter une certaine importance à la créativité.		Inspired by the Dada, neo-çitran is against following any rule. But it is different from that more than one century old movement in the following ways: It doesn't want to follow the basic rule of the movement which is not to follow any rule. It is in a perpetual mutation, threatening to change at every moment. It seems to always give some importance to creativity.

Nous pouvond dès à présent faire les remarques suivantes: Toutes les portes demeurent ouvertes, même celles qui mènent à des culs-de-sac. Etant en perpetuelle mutation, nos enfants sont d'une espèce différente de la nôtre. La remarque précédente nous permet donc de dire que tout inceste relève de la bestialité. Nous créons des batards et sommes des inconnus aux yeux de nos créations mêmes.		We can now make the following statements: We want to leave all doors open, even the doors leading to dead ends. We are in a perpetual mutation, which means our children are of a different species. Therefore incest implies bestiality. We create bastards and are strangers to our own creations.
