How I do business.
...otherwise known as The Fine Print.

US ONLY - I do not accept bids or purchases from, or ship to addresses, outside the US.  Sorry - no exceptions, ever.

PAYMENT- Please note that forms of acceptable payment differ for ebay and website shop purchases.

Website shop purchases -  Payment by credit/debit card or e-check only through Billpoint.  (No registration is necessary, and the service is secure.) Upon receipt of your email I will hold your quilt for 48 hours to await payment confirmation.  Please see my Shop page for more information.

Ebay Auctions - My end-of-auction mail will give you detailed payment instructions. For fastest shipping, use Billpoint to pay using your credit or debit card or e-check (I ship upon confirmation from Billpoint that your payment has been approved).  I am happy to accept money orders, and you can mail me a check, but shipment on items paid for by "snail-mail" check is delayed 10 days.

Payment is due within 10 days of the date of my end-of-auction notice (or Billpoint invoice) to you.   I report no-pays to Ebay.

SHIPPING - I ship every business day by USPS Priority Mail.  Over 800 transactions and it hasn't happened yet, but should an insured item be damaged or lost in transit, I will assist you in every way in filing a claim with the USPS.

EBAY FEEDBACK - You will never get an email or an enclosure with your package asking for ebay feedback. I am always grateful for my bidders' kind words, but I NEVER EVER ask for or expect them. The best "feedback" you can give me is to buy more of my stuff.

REFUNDS - I do my utmost to describe items I sell clearly and fairly, and mess for hours to get the color in my jpgs as accurate as possible. Vintage items I list on ebay (including vintage quilts) are by their nature old and used, but I work hard to tell you how old and how used so you can buy with confidence.  Check my ebay feedback to see buyers' comments about my integrity and fine service.  If I drop the ball and (for example) you find a big goober flaw, let me know promptly and we'll work out a compromise that'll make us both happy.

EMAIL - I always love to hear from you, whether to answer questions about an item I'm selling or to help you identify a quilt or vintage fabric, or give you some advice on how to care for that quilt Aunt Minnie made.  You can always reach me by clicking here.
