Pam Osbey, author of Musings of a Mocha Sista:  A Different Flava of Mocha, published the ebook in May of 2000 through MightyWords.com with some limited success and is releasing a full length version in June of 2001 through Writers Club Press. The public hungry for more of her explosive black love and spiritual poetry as well as her personal essays and short stories, has demanded this book to be brought forth in print form. Musings of a Mocha Sista, will be available online and in bookstores mid-June 2001.  Ms. Osbey, an active member of the Prolific Writers Network, has been a featured writer/poet at SisterFriends.com, Ebonylove.net, URSOUL.net, Rhapsody Magazine, Rhapsody Publishing, and many other ezines online.  Her editing experience includes production of a chapbook (Exotica - 1998), and work on an anthology of poetry and prose (Kaleidoscope:  Women at Work - 1988) .  Ms Osbey has also acted as a guest writer for a corporate newsletter at Unum America (The Lighter Side - 1996).  She is a contributing writer for the Daughters of Eve Network, and contributing wordsmith for URSOUL.net.  She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in English from Grambling State University in 1993.  A multitalented singer, songwriter, and freelance writer, Ms. Osbey is featured at several poetry venues in Chicago as a guest performer.
