I have been producing Gothic, Pagan , and Vampiric Erotica for nearly ten years as one half of Rose of Blood, and more recently as Ravenstone Studios.
Although I am not as public as my associate, T.Rhiannon Cotter, I am nonetheless active in other projects pertaining to the Arte's Noir. Primarily, a local artists resource guide for New Orleans, as well as the surrounding area, which will be available soon.
During the recent Mardi Gras season, I had a piece of artwork used as a Mardi Gras poster, that actually did quite well. This was the first piece of commercial art I've done, and though I know there will be those who claim I've sold out, I have this to say: "Yes. I sold out every bin, out of every shop, and store, in every part of this city."
For those of you who have been to the site, I apologize for the lack of any new works. This is going to change over the course of the next several weeks, as I will begin uploading nearly a dozen or so pieces created over the past year and a half. This will include digital art as well as traditional.
Plus, Rhiannon and I have been hard at work creating new pieces for a Rose of Blood catalogue, due out in time for Hallows, as well as an online catalogue of the same.
Before I close, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Isabelle for her kind words of encouragement. Sometimes a total stranger can have the greatest impact on our lives.
