This is the Home Page of the Temple of the Sacred Spiral. Quenten and Kim Bruce-Walker, are the two co-founders, and co-chair the Chancellors' Council, the governing body of the Temple. We teach a core pagan teaching syllabus, both practical and theoretical, and hold rites for the Sabbats and Full Moons, as well as Rites of Passage by mutual agreement. We hold all lessons at our property at Woodford, or else by correspondence.
We are Oriented towards Wiccan-style Paganism, with Cretan "Great Goddess" and Aboriginal Dreamtime motifs. Our mission statement reads thus:
"The Temple of the Sacred Spiral is a Pagan spiritual organisation, situated at the Sunshine Coast and on the Internet as a correspondence Temple. It is dedicated to an immanent and transcendent view of Divinity energising the cosmos. We emphasise the balance between all complementary poles of existence, including the spiritual and material planes of being. We draw upon motifs from ancient pagan practices including European and native Australian, as well as incorporating modern scientific and philosophical developments to attain a fuller realisation of each individual's personal divinity within the wider sacramental context of Nature, Earth and the universe beyond. We thus celebrate the local seasonal variations of the year and the changes of the Moon in ritual and teach as a mystery-initiatory experience."

Our Logos (which are copyrighted trademarks of ours) on the title page consists of:
A. Two crescent moons - waxing and waning, superimposed on the cross of earth in green (also the rune - Gebo - meaning 'partnership' or 'gift'). All is encircled by the Rainbow Serpent, guardian Spirit of this 'Great South Land', in the spiral of the ancients. The moons and Gebo also make an eight spoked figure, for the eight Sabbats and the Spider-Goddess Arachne of the Labyrinth of the Minoans, with the Serpent of Wisdom pointing to the centre of the Labyrinth. 'Armoin' means 'Harmony' in Gaelic.
"And thou who thinkest to seek for me, know thy seeking and yearning shall avail thee not unless thou knowest the mystery; that if that which thou seekest thou findest not within thee, thou wilt never find it without thee. For behold, I have been with thee from the beginning; and I am that which is attained at the end of desire." - from 'The Charge of the Goddess'.
